The LAVA Center will present A Balm in Gilead: Songs of Resilience, Hope and Healing, a program focused on the power of spirituals to help us learn, grow and heal, featuring Dr. Arthur C. Jones presenting a multi-media discussion of the history and meaning of spirituals, with music by Twice As Smart and a LAVA Community Choir.
